Please read before using the owner portal.
Purpose. This is the official website of Bay Vista Condominium Association, Inc. The owner portal is provided to unit owners under s. 718.111(12)(g), F.S., to make the association's official records available.
Accounts. Accounts are issued to unit owners and their authorized representatives only. Keep your password private and do not share your account. The association may deactivate accounts that are no longer linked to a unit.
Use of records. Posted records are for the personal use of unit owners in connection with their ownership. Do not republish records or share them with people who are not entitled to them.
Accuracy. The association posts records as received. Where a document is dated differently from its posting date, both dates are shown. Information marked "[TO CONFIRM]" is a placeholder awaiting confirmation by the board.
Not legal advice. Nothing on this website is legal advice. The recorded governing documents and Florida law control in case of any difference.
Changes. These terms may be updated. The date of the last change is shown in the page footer as the copyright year.
