Public pages. The public pages do not require an account and do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Owner access requests. The request form collects a unit number, name and email address so the board or manager can verify ownership and create an account. Requests are stored in the association's records system and are not shared with third parties.

Owner accounts. The owner portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Account details (name, email, unit) are visible to the association's administrators only.

Official records. Records posted in the owner portal are reviewed before posting so that they contain no protected information as defined in s. 718.111(12)(c), F.S. If you believe a posted record contains protected information, contact the association and it will be removed while it is reviewed.

Email updates. Subscribing is voluntary and uses double opt-in: we send a confirmation link before any other email. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Owners who tick the electronic-notice consent have their name, unit, the time and the exact wording recorded so the board can evidence consent. We do not sell or share the list.

Contact form and maintenance requests. Messages and requests are stored with the name, email and unit you provide, and a hashed IP address for abuse prevention. Photos attached to maintenance requests are visible to signed-in staff only.

Hosting. The website and its records are hosted on a server operated for the association by Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union (Finland). Uploaded records are stored on that server, not with a third-party file service, and are served only to signed-in owners. Daily encrypted-in-transit backups are kept by the association.
