New association website launched

The website satisfies s. 718.111(12)(g), Florida Statutes, which requires condominiums with 25 or more units to post official records online from January 1, 2026.

Unit owners can request portal access from the Contact page. Once approved, owners can read the governing documents, building safety reports, the reserve study and meeting notices, submit maintenance requests and subscribe to email updates.
